The first step is to check if there is any leakage in the internal combustion engine and if the water tank is short of water. Then, check the tightness of the fan belt. If the fan belt is not loose, check whether the installation of the fan blade angle is reasonable, whether the fan blade is damaged, and whether the water pump is damaged and capable of pumping water.

Check whether the internal combustion engine operates for a long time under low speed overload, and whether its fuel injection time (or ignition time) is too late. The significant characteristics of the internal combustion engine's fuel injection time (or ignition time) being too late are: loud exhaust noise, black smoke emitted from exhaust gas, weak operation of mechanical equipment, and significant reduction in output power.

Check if the internal combustion engine thermostat is malfunctioning. The characteristic of thermostat failure is that the cooling water temperature inside the internal combustion engine is high, while the temperature inside the radiator is low. At this point, the thermostat can be taken out of the internal combustion engine, and then the diesel engine can be restarted. If the internal combustion engine temperature is normal, it can be considered as a failure of the thermostat. If there is a blockage in the water tank pipeline, it can also cause the internal combustion engine water pressure to rise too fast.

If there is excessive accumulation of scale and dirt in the cooling water jacket of the radiator or if the water distribution pipe does not function as a water distributor, touching the cylinder block with your hand will result in uneven heating and cooling.
