Types of Alarms in The GEC4500-4G Generator Set Controller

 Speed signal loss alarm

When the controller detects that the speed of the generator set is equal to 0, and the speed loss delay is set to 0, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the speed signal loss alarm word appears on the LCD screen.

 Power generation over-flow alarm

When the controller detects that the current of the generator set is greater than the set overcurrent threshold and the overcurrent protection action is set to switch, the controller sends an alarm signal and the overcurrent alarm is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Downtime failure alarm

When the electric stop delay / wait for the generator set to stop the delay beam, if the generator set output power, the controller will send an alarm signal, and the stop failure is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Fuel level low alarm

When the controller detects that the fuel level value of the generator set is less than the set threshold value, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the low fuel level alarm word is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Charging failure alarm

During the normal operation of the generator set, when the voltage difference between B + and the charger D + (WL) is greater than the voltage difference between charging failure for 5s, the controller sends an alarm signal, and the charging failure alarm is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Battery under pressure alarm

When the controller detects that the battery voltage value of the generator set is less than the set threshold value, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and displays the battery voltage low alarm word on the LCD screen.

 Battery overpressure alarm

When the controller detects that the battery voltage value of the generator set is greater than the set threshold value, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the battery voltage high alarm word is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Low coolant level alarm
(IN)

When the controller detects that the coolant level low warning input is valid, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the coolant level low alarm (IN) is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Temperature sensor 2 fault alarm

When the temperature sensor connected to the programmable sensor interface is open, and the parameter configuration of the programmable sensor open circuit action is set as a warning, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the temperature sensor 2 fault alarm word appears on the LCD screen.

 Pressure sensor 2 fault alarm

When the pressure sensor connected to the programmable sensor interface is open, and the parameter configuration of the programmable sensor open circuit action is set as the warning, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the pressure sensor 2 fault alarm word is displayed on the LCD screen.

 High temperature alarm

When the water / cylinder temperature value detected by the controller is greater than the set water / cylinder temperature alarm value, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the high water temperature alarm word is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Oil pressure alarm

When the oil pressure value detected by the controller is less than the set oil pressure alarm value, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the word of low oil pressure alarm is displayed on the LCD screen.

External shutdown alarm input

When the controller detects an external shutdown signal alarm, the controller sends out an alarm signal, and the external input alarm shutdown (IN) is displayed on the LCD screen

 Fuel level low alarm
(IN)

When the controller detects that the fuel low level warning input is valid, the controller sends an alarm signal and the fuel level Low level alarm (IN) appears on the LCD screen.

 Maintenance time to the alarm

The maintenance type is running time. When the running time of the generator set is greater than the maintenance time set by the user, or the maintenance type is date, the current date exceeds the set date, and the maintenance action is set to alarm, the controller sends an alarm signal, and the maintenance time to alarm is displayed on the LCD screen.

 Overpower alarm

When the controller detects that the power value (positive power) of the generator set is greater than the set threshold value, and the overpower action type selects the alarm, the generating active power overload alarm signal reads.
