1. Failure of the valve train and intake and exhaust systems results in failure to deliver the specified power

Reason: Incorrect clearance between intake and exhaust valves and rocker arm; incorrect timing of air distribution; damaged valve springs; air leakage on the valve sealing surface with carbon deposits; air filter blockage; serious carbon deposits in the exhaust pipe and muffler. Out of breath.

Treatment method: Check and adjust to the specified gap; check and readjust the timing of the air distribution; replace the valve spring; remove the carbon deposits, grind the valve; clean the air filter; remove the carbon deposits.

2. Insufficient compression pressure results in failure to deliver the specified power

Reason: There is air leakage at the close joint between the cylinder head and the body, which is manifested in that a stream of air rushes out of the gasket during shifting, the cylinder head nut is loose, and the cylinder head gasket is damaged. The piston ring is stuck, the valve rod is inflexible to bite, the cylinder head injector hole is leaking, the injector tight cap copper gasket is damaged, the injector hole plane is not cleaned; the joint surface of the injector and the injector body is damaged leak.

Treatment method: Check the joint surface of the cylinder head and the body, replace the cylinder gasket, clean and repair. Replace the gasket; clean the seat hole; tighten the fuel injector cap or grind the flat surface.

3. The water temperature is too high and the specified power cannot be sent

Reason: Diesel engine is overheating (cooling or lubrication system failure).

Treatment method: Overhaul the cooling and lubrication system, remove the scale in the water jacket, and clean the oil cooler.

4. The fuel supply is not normal, and the fuel system fails to cause the specified power to be sent

Reason: Air intake in the fuel system; failure of the fuel injection pump; failure of the fuel injector.

Treatment method: Release the air in the fuel system as described above; repair or replace the coupling parts; repair or replace the fuel injector coupling parts.
