Alarm Codes for Diesel Generator SmartGen Controller

Auto Module Control Panel is the configuration for nobody on duty controlling generators. This kind of panel adopts auto module control system, with large LCD display to show the menu, such as SmartGen controller.

Features:

1. SmartGen 6110 can receive remote output signal from ATS and realize auto start and stop of generators.

2. SmartGen 6310 can realize all functions of 6110, add RS232 interface which can communicate with PC to realize remote operation.

3. SmartGen 6410 Auto Mains Failure controller, can realize all functions of 6310, furthermore can detect ATS and control directly.

The alarm of diesel generator controller is not the amount of stop alarm, which does not affect the normal operation of diesel generator. When the alarm occurs, the unit will not stop, and when the alarm conditions do not exist, the amount of warning will automatically disappear.

3	Low fuel level warning	Always effective	When the controller detects that the fuel level of the generator set is less than the set threshold value, the controller sends out warning and alarm signals, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
4	Charge failure warning	From start-up idle to stop idle	When the controller detects that the charger voltage value of the generator set is less than the set threshold value, the controller sends out warning and alarm signals, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen at the same time.
5	Speed signal loss warning	From successful start to stop idling	When the controller detects that the speed of the generator is equal to zero, the controller sends out an early warning signal, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen at the same time.
6	Starting battery undervoltage warning	Always effective	When the controller detects that starting battery voltage is less than the set threshold value, the controller sends out warning signal, the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
7	Start battery overvoltage warning	Always effective	When the controller detects that the starting battery voltage is more than the set threshold value, the controller sends out warning signal, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
8	power generation break-brake failure	Always effective	When break-brake delay is over, the controller did not detect that switch break-brake signal,the controller sends out warning signal,and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
9	Auxiliary input 1-9 warning	User-defined valid range	When the controller detects that auxiliary 1-9 input warns input, the controller sends out warning signal,and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
10	Time to maintain	Always effective	When the cumulative running time of the engine exceeds the set maintenance time or the cumulative date exceeds the set number of days, the controller sends out warning signal, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
11	Synchronization failure	When synchronization is valid	When at the set synchronization time, the controller did not detect synchronization signal, the controller sends out warning signal,and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
12	Generation phase sequence error	When generation is effective.	When the controller detects generation phase sequence is not correct( correct phase sequence is L1, L2, L3), the controller sends out warning signal,and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
13	Generatrix phase sequence error	When generatrix is effective.	When the controller detects the incorrect phase sequence of the parent row( correct phase sequence is L1, L2, L3), it sends out a warning signal of phase sequence error, the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
14	MSC data is incorrect.	Always effective	When the controller detects MSC data is incorrect, it sends out a warning signal, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
15	MSC modules is few.	Always effective	If the number of parallel units is less than the min. number of parallel units set, the controller sends out a warning signal, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
16	ECU warning	Always effective	When the engine CAN bus receives an error message from an engine ECU, it sends out a warning signal,and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
17	The load current is unbalanced.	When power generation has been switched on.	When the controller defects load current imbalance is more than the set threshold value, it sends out a warning signal, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
18	Over speed warning	Always effective	When the controller defects engine speed value is more than the set threshold value, it sends out a warning signal, and the warning information is displayed on the LCD screen.
