If the diesel generator set is at high temperature, the thermostat can be placed in water for heating and inspection. Generally, the opening interval of the thermostat is 8-10mm. If the water pump is not functioning properly, a decrease in coolant flow will occur, resulting in high temperatures in the diesel generator set. If the hydraulic oil radiator and water radiator are placed in front of each other, when the hydraulic oil temperature is too high, it will inevitably cause a high cold air temperature on the inlet side of the water radiator, which will affect the heat dissipation of the water radiator. In this regard, it is necessary to inspect the heat dissipation status of the hydraulic system and reduce the impact of the hydraulic oil radiator on the poor heat dissipation of the water radiator of the diesel generator set.
The attachment of debris on the surface of the radiator can reduce the heat dissipation area and the top wind area of the radiator, resulting in a decrease in the heat dissipation ability of the radiator, causing high temperatures in the diesel engine. 6. Loose or deformed fan belts can easily lead to a decrease in fan speed, resulting in the radiator not being able to exert its proper heat dissipation ability, leading to excessively high temperatures in the diesel generator set.
