The main reasons for the lack of smoke in the exhaust pipe of the generator set are the lack of oil in the fuel tank of the generator set, the malfunction of the shutdown solenoid, and the malfunction of the fuel shut-off valve. If the fuel tank is empty, add fuel, and the shutdown solenoid is faulty. Check the shutdown solenoid of the generator set.

If there is no oil spraying from the fuel injector, loosen the oil pipe between the fuel injection pump and the cylinder head of the generator set. Start the engine at the same time, check whether there is fuel overflow in the generator set, the oil transfer pump suction pipe connector is loose, tighten all the filter pipe connectors between the generator set oil tank and the oil pump, the fuel filter is blocked or the suction pipe is blocked, and replace the generator set fuel filter.

Check if the fuel hose of the generator set is blocked, if there is no fuel in the oil pump, if there is a blockage in the oil pump, or if there is a blockage in the intake or exhaust system of the generator set. Check if there is a blockage in the intake and exhaust system of the generator set, if the drive shaft of the generator set oil pump is broken, or if the gear pump is pulled or worn. The oil delivery pump of the generator set is malfunctioning, and the nozzle hole of the fuel injector is blocked. Check and repair the oil delivery pump of the generator set, and replace it if necessary.

The user should slightly adjust the overspeed protection value of the diesel generator set so that it does not exceed 17%.
