1. Insufficient intake of diesel engine

The air intake inside the combustion chamber is constant. If the air filter is not maintained in place, the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber increase, the exhaust pipe is blocked or the turbocharger is damaged, etc., the air intake inside the combustion chamber will be increased. Reduction, thereby affecting the full combustion of diesel, causing a large amount of free carbon and exhaust gas to be discharged from the exhaust pipe together.

2. Overload work of diesel generator set

During the operation of the diesel generator set, if overloading occurs, the diesel injected into the combustion chamber will increase. When the air volume in the combustion chamber remains unchanged, the excess diesel will not be fully combusted. The exhaust pipe emits black smoke.

3. Injector failure

When the fuel injector has dripping, bleeding, or poor atomization, it will cause the diesel fuel injected into the combustion chamber to delay the combustion time and cause the exhaust to emit black smoke.

4. Poor sealing of the combustion chamber

If the inside of the combustion chamber is poorly sealed, the amount of compressed air in the cylinder will decrease, and the temperature and pressure at the end of compression will decrease. The diesel injected into the combustion chamber cannot be completely burned due to insufficient air, which makes the exhaust pipe Black smoke.

5. The supply of each cylinder of the fuel injection pump is uneven

When the diesel generator set is working under the rated load, if the fuel supply of each cylinder of the fuel injection pump is uneven, it will cause the diesel engine to emit black smoke.

6. The advance angle of the fuel injection pump is too small

When the fuel supply advance angle of the diesel engine is too small, it will cause the fuel injection of the injector to be delayed, and the diesel injected into the combustion chamber will be discharged before it can be fully burned.
