Function Principle of Jichai Diesel Generator Piston Pin

The piston pin of Jichai diesel generator is mainly used to connect the piston and connecting rod, bear the reciprocating inertia force and gas pressure when the piston moves, and transmit them to the connecting rod. The middle part of the piston pin of JICHAI diesel generator passes through the small end hole of the connecting rod, and the two ends are supported in the piston pin seat hole.

Jichai diesel generator piston pin is subject to great periodic impact load under high temperature. The relative sliding speed between the cylindrical surface of the piston pin and the small end bushing of the connecting rod of JICHAI diesel generator is not high, but the general lubrication condition is poor, and most of them are splash lubrication.
