The main manifestations are the radial deflection of the bearing inner ring or outer ring, the ovality of the ring, the excessive clearance in the cage, and the waviness or local surface defects of the raceway surface.

④ The quality of the device between the bearing and the shaft or the end cover is poor.

⑤ The bearing is too tight with the shaft or end cover.

⑥ The bearing is installed by tapping method, and the process is incorrect.

⑦ The grade of grease used in the bearing is wrong.

①The rotor of each generator must be corrected for dynamic balance, and the dynamic balance accuracy specified in the drawing must be overthrown.

② Select bearings with qualified precision according to the grades specified in the drawings. Check the unevenness of the stator and rotor air gaps, and adjust the assembly until the unevenness meets the requirements.

③ Install the bearing, the shaft and the end cover according to the specified matching accuracy.

④ Bearing installation is strictly prohibited by the percussion method, it is best to use the heat sleeve method of heating the bearing in the oven.

⑤ The grease must be selected according to the grade specified in the drawing.
