First add water to the water tank, turn off the drain valve, add clean drinking water or purified water to the position of the water tank mouth, and close the water tank cover. And then, add engine oil. Choose the suitable engine oil. There are two types of engine oil in summer and winter. Different engine oils are used in different seasons. When adding engine oil, pay attention to the vernier scale. Do not add too much, too much oil will cause oil drain and oil burning. The machine's oil intake and return must be distinguished. In order to ensure that the machine's oil intake is clean, it is generally necessary to allow the diesel to settle for 72 hours.

Do not insert the oil inlet position into the bottom of the oil cylinder, so as not to suck dirty oil and block the oil pipe. To pump diesel, first loosen the nut on the hand oil pump and hold the handle of the oil pump. Pull and press evenly until the oil enters the oil pump. To release the air, you want to loosen the bleed screw of the high-pressure oil pump, and then press the oil pump by hand. You will see oil and air bubbles overflowing from the screw hole until you see all the oil flowing out. Tighten the screws, connect the starter motor, and distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor from the positive and negative poles of the battery. This is the positive pole, and the one at the tail is the negative pole. The two batteries should be connected in series to achieve a 24V effect. Connect the positive pole of the motor first. When connecting the positive pole, do not let the terminal touch other wiring sections. Then connect the negative pole of the motor, and be sure to connect it firmly to avoid sparking and burning the wiring section.

The air switch, before the machine is started or the machine does not enter the power supply state, the switch should be in a separate state. There are four terminals at the bottom of the switch. These three are three-phase live wires, which are connected to the power line, and the independent one next to it is zero. The power source that is in contact with any of the live wires and the neutral wire is 220V lighting electricity. Do not use one that exceeds one-third of the rated power of the diesel generator set. The meter part, the ammeter, in the process of use, accurately read the size of the used power. Voltmeter to detect the output voltage of the motor. The frequency meter, the frequency meter must reach 50Hz, which is the basis for detecting the speed. Current and voltage changeover switch, which detects motor meter data. The oil pressure gauge, which detects the operating oil pressure of the diesel generator set, should not be less than 0.2 atmospheres at full speed, and the tachometer, the speed should be at 1500 revolutions per minute. The water temperature meter should not exceed 95 degrees during use, and the oil temperature should generally not exceed 85 degrees.

Start, turn on the ignition switch, press the button, release after starting the car, run for 30 seconds, toggle the high and low speed switches, the machine slowly rises to high speed at idle speed, check the readings of all meters. Under all normal conditions, the air switch can be closed. If the power is successfully delivered, stop, first turn off the air switch, cut off the power supply, adjust the diesel generator set from high speed to low speed, let the machine idle for 3 to 5 minutes, and then shut down.
