In addition to minor and medium maintenance, the overhaul of diesel generator set also includes the following contents:

1. Disassemble all diesel generator engines

2. Replace the cylinder block, piston, piston ring, large and small bearing shells, crankshaft thrust pad, intake and exhaust valves, and a complete engine overhaul kit

3. Adjust the oil pump, fuel injector, replace the pump core, and fuel injector

4. Replace the supercharger overhaul kit and water pump repair kit of the diesel generator

5. Correct the connecting rod, crankshaft, engine body and other components, and repair or replace them if necessary

6. Dust removal of motor stator and rotor

7. Inspect the insulation characteristics of the stator and rotor coils

8. Check and restore the control circuit of diesel generator engine

9. Detect the high water temperature and low oil pressure protection function of the diesel generator engine, and replace the damaged parts

Cold running in: the diesel generator can be operated by battery or manually prying the flywheel of the diesel engine without starting. After cold running in, all lubricating oil in the oil pan of the diesel generator shall be drained and cleaned with cleaning oil.

Hot running in: the running in shall be carried out without load first. At this time, the running in speed of diesel generator can be controlled within 1300r/min. After all technical indicators meet the requirements of no-load running in, the hot running in on load shall be carried out. This period of time is generally about 60h, and the operator of diesel generator can also be determined according to the specific situation. During the loading process, there should be a gradual increase in load from small to large until the diesel engine reaches the normal standard of on-load thermal running-in. Temperature control: during thermal running in of diesel generator, the temperature of lubricating oil shall be controlled within 651C-75 ℃, and the temperature of cooling water shall be controlled within 70 ℃ - 80 ℃.
