Performance Characteristics of Brushless AC Synchronous Generator

This series of three-phase synchronous generators are brushless generators that use secondary winding excitation or automatic voltage regulator thyristor excitation. The generator is equipped with an automatic voltage regulator, which has mature technology and excellent manufacturing.

 

The TF4W-TH series brushless AC synchronous generator complies with GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines" and is equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60034:2004 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines".

 

The structural type of TF4W-TH generator is double bearing (IMB3) or single bearing (IMB15), with a horizontal structure with feet, and the shell protection level is IP21. The wind mode is self fan cooling. The entire series of motors adopt H-level insulation.

 

The stator adopts an octagonal or circular steel plate base, and the armature winding is a three-phase winding with a neutral point lead out and star connection.

 

The rotor core is made by laminating the whole round convex cold-rolled steel plate or silicon steel sheet punched sheet and winding the body. The poles are fixed with support blocks, which is sturdy, reliable, and has good heat dissipation. All rotors are equipped with damping windings. The mechanical strength of each part of the rotor is designed based on a maximum speed of 1.2 times the rated speed of the generator. The double bearing electronic rotor shaft extension is a cylindrical shaft extension with a flat key. It is advisable to use an elastic coupling when connecting a double bearing motor with a prime mover. If a belt pulley is used for transmission, the lifespan of the dragging end shaft will be shortened. The single bearing motor adopts a specially designed laminated coupling and transition joint (both in accordance with SAE standards and connected to the prime mover).

 

The excitation device includes automatic voltage regulator, wiring board and other components, which are installed as a whole in the top outlet box of the machine base for easy installation and debugging.

 

Static or rotating silicon rectifiers use corresponding high-quality rectifier modules and are equipped with pressure-sensitive modules to improve the reliability of the rectification process. The installation of the module is reliable, reasonable, and easy to disassemble and assemble.
