This article continues to introduce the 24 performance indicators required for diesel generator sets.

(6) The success rate of automatic accommodation is not less than 99%.

(7) The range of no-load voltage shall not be less than 95% to 105% of the rated voltage.

(8) The automatic charging function unit should be able to automatically charge the starting battery,

(9) The automatic protection function unit should have protection devices for phase loss, short circuit (for units not exceeding 250kW), overcurrent (for units exceeding 250kW), high speed and water temperature (cylinder temperature), and low oil pressure.

(10) The voltage waveform distortion rate is less than 5% for the line voltage waveform under no-load rated voltage and frequency.

(11) Steady state voltage regulation rate ± 3% (≤ 250kW); ± 2% (>250kW).

(12) Transient voltage regulation rate ± 20% (≤ 250kW); 15% (>250kW).

(13) Voltage stabilization time ≤ 2s (≤ 250kW); ≤ 1.5s (>250kW).

(14) Voltage fluctuation rate ≤ 0.8% (≤ 250kW); ≤ 0.5% (>250kW).

(15) Steady state frequency adjustment rate ≤ 3%.

(16) Transient frequency adjustment rate ≤ 9%.

(17) Frequency stabilization time ≤ 5s.

(18) Frequency fluctuation rate ≤ 0.8% (≤ 250kW); ≤ 0.5% (>250kW).

(19) The line voltage deviation unit under three-phase asymmetric load should be able to operate normally under a 25% three-phase symmetric load, with a resistive load of 25% rated phase power added to any phase. The difference between the maximum or minimum value of the line voltage and the average value of the three-phase line voltage should not exceed 5% of the average value of the three-phase line voltage.

(20) The average sound pressure of noise at a distance of 1m from the diesel engine and generator body of the unit:< 250kw,≤ 102db>250kW，≤ 108dB (A).

(21) The rated power of the fuel consumption rate unit is within the range of 120kW<P ≤ 600kW, and the fuel consumption rate is ≤ 260g/kW. h.

(22) Oil consumption rate: The rated power of the unit is P>40kW. The total loss system oil (oil) consumption rate is ≤ 3.0g/kW. h.

(23) Under rated operating conditions, the diesel generator set can operate continuously for 12 hours at rated conditions (including 1 hour of operation with an overload of 10%) under the specified working conditions. And the unit should have no oil leakage, water leakage, or clean gas phenomenon.

(24) Remote control, remote signaling, and telemetry performance

1) Intelligent diesel generator sets with a capacity of over 200kW should be intelligent, and their monitoring content and interface should be specific

Please ask as follows.

Remote control: power on/off, emergency stop, switch between main and backup units.

Remote signaling: working status (running/stopping), working mode (automatic/manual), main and standby units, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, high frequency/speed, high water temperature (air-cooled), high cylinder body temperature (air-cooled), belt breakage (windling), high lubricating oil temperature (windling), startup failure, overload, charger failure.

Telemetry: three-phase output voltage, three-phase output current, output frequency/speed, cooling medium temperature or cylinder temperature (air-cooled). Lubricating oil pressure, lubricating oil temperature (air-cooled), starting battery voltage, output power.

Interface: It should have communication interfaces (RS-232 and RS-485/422) and be able to provide a complete communication protocol.

2) Non intelligent units of 200kW and below do not have this requirement.
