The automatic transfer switch trip light is on

1. The circuit breaker of the automatic transfer switch tripped due to transportation reasons.

2. Causing the circuit breaker of the automatic transfer switch to trip during use

Resolvent:

(1) If the molded case circuit breaker trips due to transportation reasons, it needs to be manually reconnected and then automatically switched to automatic mode. At the same time, the reset button needs to be pressed for automatic switching.

(2) When the plastic case circuit breaker of the automatic transfer switch trips during use, the load condition of the circuit breaker should be checked first.

(3) If the tripping is caused by a short circuit, first eliminate the short circuit phenomenon before manually or automatically switching. If the short circuit fault is eliminated, manual or automatic switching should not be performed, which may cause secondary short circuit or personal injury.

(4) When tripping under overload conditions, first check the load of the electrical equipment, and at the same time, check whether the rated current of the ATS using a plastic shell circuit breaker can meet the load. If it does not meet the requirements, replace the plastic shell circuit breaker as much as possible, otherwise it will cause frequent tripping of the circuit breaker, resulting in burning of the dynamic and static contacts of the circuit breaker and affecting the power supply system.

Controller working light is normal, ATS does not convert

Resolvent:

(1) Firstly, unplug the panel indicator light plug and conduct an ATS power on test. If the switch is normal, please reconnect the panel indicator light wire correctly.

(2) Unplug and reinsert the A or B controller plug-in, and then perform the test after inserting it firmly.

(3) ATS controller may be damaged due to on-site voltage overvoltage or other reasons. Replace with a controller of the same specification.
