The synchronization system of the control panel of the diesel generator set is used to detect the grid connection conditions of the generator. The correctness of its wiring and the failure of each switch and instrument (or synchronizing indicator) are directly related to the success of the generator grid connection operation and the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Therefore, the distribution panel must be tested after installation and wiring or maintenance.

The control panel of low-voltage generator mainly adopts automatic quasi-synchronization system, supplemented by manual quasi-synchronization system. Common ZZ of automatic quasi-synchronization system β Series or ZTQ series automatic quasi-synchronization device. The manual quasi-synchronization system uses the light method synchronization circuit, which is mainly composed of synchronization indicator light LH1~LH3, synchronization switch SA1, transfer switch SA2, voltmeter V and frequency meter Hz. They are used to convert and measure the voltage and frequency of the power grid and the machine. SA1, LH1~LH3 are used to detect synchronization conditions.

① Use the multimeter method or the line lamp method to detect.

② After the generator is excited and the voltage is established, and before the grid connection, the operation of the synchronization circuit shall be detected. Adjust the generator voltage and frequency to the rated value. Then close the synchronization switch SA1, adjust the generator voltage and frequency, and observe whether the synchronization indicator works normally. If it is normal, turn on the power switch of the automatic quasi-synchronization device (disconnect the output), and the synchronization device starts to detect. When the synchronization indicator lights LH1~LH3 are off, the pulse light (green light) on the automatic quasi-synchronization device is off, and the closing indicator light (red light) is on, indicating that the operation is normal, otherwise, the cause should be analyzed and handled in time.
