Due to the synchronous operation of each piston rod in the entire engine, when the engine shuts down, the intake valves of some cylinders cannot be fully closed, and some unburned fuel evaporates and oxidizes again, producing some overly soft gray black carbon deposits, especially at the intake port, especially after the car throttle. On the one hand, this carbon deposition will make the thickness of the intake rough, and the intake will form eddies in this rough area, affecting the performance of the intake and the quality of the mixture. On the other hand, carbon accumulation can also block the standby speed safety channel, causing the automatic control system of standby speed to stop or even exceed its adjustment standards, resulting in low idle speed, idle shaking, ineffective acceleration of various auxiliary equipment, gasoline and diesel collection, vehicle fire extinguishing, excessive organic exhaust gas, and gasoline and diesel consumption.

The serious carbon deposit in the intake pipe of the diesel generator set is characterized by that the running parts cannot operate normally, the idle speed is unstable, the engine shakes, the power drops, and the car is unable to accelerate:

1. A car engine that sprays gasoline from the carburetor disc or throttle body, the intake manifold refers to the intake port from the carburetor disc or throttle body to the cylinder head intake port.

2. Its function is to divert the gas and fuel mixture from the carburetor disc or throttle body to the intake ports of each cylinder.

3. The intake branch pipe must discharge gas, gasoline diesel mixture, or purified environment into each cylinder as evenly as possible, so the length of the cyclone separator inside the intake branch pipe should be as uniform as possible.

4. To reduce gas pressure loss and improve intake level, the inner wall of the intake branch pipe should be cleaned. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness and proper cleanliness of the intake manifold.

It will keep the vehicle from firing. The cleaning of the intake branch pipe is generally to remove dust. Physical or chemical methods can be used. The organic chemical elimination method is to directly spray chemical agents at the air intake while the vehicle is idling. After a few attempts, there were approximately four physical knockouts. Remove the intake pipe, wipe it with a brush or towel, and then blow it clean with compressed air.
