The deep-sea controller is a self starting generator control module, which is designed to meet the most complex process specifications of engine equipment manufacturers. The module starts and stops the generator to display the operation status and fault conditions. When the generator set is automatically stopped, the LED light on the control panel will flash and the fault cause will be indicated through the LED. The operation sequence, timer and alarm signal can be selected according to customer needs. To change the system settings, you can use the 807 standard interface or the 808 interface to connect the computer. At the same time, it provides the operator with real-time diagnosis function for near and remote monitoring system operation.
When the diesel generator uses the deep-sea controller unit for parallel operation, the following knowledge and preparations are required:
1. Know the brand and model of the engine. Confirm whether it is an ordinary engine or an electronic injection engine. If it is an EFI engine, it is also necessary to confirm whether the parallel connection point of the engine itself has been opened. The parallel connection point of the engine needs to be opened by the engine manufacturer. In addition, confirm whether the wiring between the engine ECM or ECU and the controller is correct.
2. Know the brand and model of the governor. For an ordinary engine electrical panel, it is necessary to know how to connect the terminals on the panel with the controller, and how to set the values of SW1 and SW2 on the software. The electronic injection engine does not need to be connected, but the SW1 and Sw2 values should also be set on the software.
3. Understand the brand and model of AVR: pay attention to how to connect the terminals on the AVR board with the controller, and how to set the values of SW1 and SW2 on the software.
4. If necessary, the customer can submit the wiring diagram of DSE7510 or DSE5510 to the relevant technicians, who will assist in reviewing whether the wiring diagram is correct, and set the program in advance, so as to save the time for the customer to set the program on site.
5. The sagging transformer shall be prepared by ourselves. It is recommended to use the sagging transformer provided by the generator manufacturer.
6. The controller box has been equipped with a resistor. In order to prevent the loss of the resistor from affecting the parallel operation, we recommend that the customer prepare another 120 ohm resistor for standby. This resistor is used to connect between the MSC communication ports H and I of the head controller and between the MSC communication ports H and L of the tail controller.
7. If ordinary communication cables are used for the MSC communication cables, the MSC communication may be abnormal.
8. During wiring, MSC communication cables shall not be placed in the same trunking with live wires to avoid interference.
