1. This product can be used as a silent trailer mounted generator set independently. The gensets range from 30kw to 250kw, which are ideal for areas without power supply after a disaster.

2. There are one or more sets of portable drainage pumps with a flow rate ranging from 500m³/h to 3000m³/h inside the genset. The pumps are stored at both ends of the equipment. The upper part of the pump storage box is equipped with handles. The drainage pumps can be taken out easily by pulling up the handles when needed. If there is a mains supply, the drainage pump can be connected to the mains separately to work. 

3. The drainage pumps adopts variable-frequency start and has the function of Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT). The water output of the pumps can be adjusted according to the site conditions during operation. The liquid crystal display (LCD) accurately displays operating voltage, current, frequency and fault alarms of the pumps. The control system can realize soft start and soft stop of the pumps and adjust the speed during operation. It also has a precise leakage protection device.

4. The generator enclosure is made of galvanized steel with a thickness of no less than 2.0mm. It is sandblasted to prevent rust and corrosion and uses 300 degrees high temperature spray paint process. Doors on the left and right sides of the generator enclosure allows the observation, operation, repair and maintenance of the genset control system. The inner wall of the enclosure adopts a new dedicated 50mm flame retardant silencer cotton. Sealed plastic is used around the door, which can absorb and block the noise and heat emitted by the genset during operation. By using a silencer and a silencing pipe system, the noise of the unit can be reduced to 78 decibels at 7 meters.

5. According to the size of the drainage pump flow, the supporting generator set can be customized with two- or four-wheel trailer. The trailer tow bar can be used for tractors of all heights and achieves steering without dead corners. It’s easy to move and can be used when pulling at any time. It is equipped with a driving inertia braking system with running speed range from 20km/h to 60km/h.

Applications:

1. Flood control and disaster relief: In the event of heavy rain and flood disaster, the mobile pumping station can provide emergency drainage, especially in the case of waterlogging in a small space.

2. Wild rescue: The power generation and lighting functions of the mobile pump station make it suitable for wild rescue scenarios, such as providing lighting and power support in areas without power supply.

3. Construction site drainage: On construction sites or road construction sites, mobile pump stations can quickly drain water to keep the construction area dry and and improve the work efficiency.

4. Agricultural irrigation: The mobile pumping station can extract water and transport it to the farmland to meet the water demand of the crops.

5. Sewage treatment: In urban sewage treatment plants or rural sewage treatment facilities, mobile pumping stations can be used to pump sewage to the corresponding treatment area to treat large amounts of wastewater quickly and efficiently.

6. Fire rescue: In the event of a fire scene or other emergency rescues, the mobile pumping stations can provide emergency water service, drawing large amounts of fire fighting water from nearby lakes, rivers or storage containers.

7. Environmental protection: In the process of environmental monitoring and treatment, mobile pumping stations can be used to transport water containing pollutants to the treatment facilities, and reduce environmental pollution.

8. Municipal drainage: Trailer-type pumping stations can also be used in municipal drainage systems to help city authorities cope with sudden water problems.
