Fuel tank: The fuel tank must be corrosion-resistant and able to withstand at least twice the actual working oil pressure, while still maintaining a seal at a pressure of no less than 0.03MPa. If the fuel tank experiences overpressure, it needs to be automatically depressurized through appropriate channels and safety valves. Even if the vehicle tilts, drives in curves, or even collides, fuel will not flow out of the fuel tank or pressure balancing device. Meanwhile, the fuel tank must be kept away from the diesel engine to reduce the risk of fire in the event of a traffic accident.

Low pressure oil pipe: In addition to using copper pipes, flame-retardant flexible pipes with steel wire braided layers can also be used in the low-pressure oil supply section. The arrangement of the oil pipe must be able to avoid mechanical damage, and the fuel dripping on it cannot accumulate or be ignited.

Fuel transfer pump: A fuel transfer pump is an electric or gear pump with a filter, which sucks fuel out of the fuel tank and continuously supplies the required fuel to the high-pressure pump.

Filter: The fuel filter of the Yuchai generator set will filter and purify the fuel entering the high-pressure pump, removing impurities from the fuel, thereby preventing premature wear and damage to precision components such as the release pump, oil outlet valve, and fuel injector.
