150kw Yuchai Generator Common Rail High Voltage Oil Circuit

Feb. 03, 2024

The Dingbo series 150kw Yuchai generator adopts a four stroke circulating water-cooled diesel engine, electronic fuel injection, high-pressure common rail configuration, and features low oil pressure protection, high oil temperature protection, and overload protection. Do you know the composition of its common rail high-pressure oil circuit?

150kw generator

The high-pressure fuel supply part of the 150kw Yuchai generator's electronically controlled high-pressure common rail fuel injection system includes a high-pressure pump with a pressure regulating valve, a high-pressure oil pipe, a common rail as a high-pressure memory (with a common rail pressure sensor), a pressure limiting valve and flow limiter, an injector, and a return oil pipe.

The functions and uses of the high-pressure fuel system components of the Yuchai generator common rail diesel engine are as follows:

High pressure pump: The high-pressure pump pressurizes the fuel delivered by the fuel transfer pump and delivers it to the common rail, with a pressure of up to 135MPa or even higher. The high-pressure fuel enters the tube like common rail through the high-pressure oil pipe.

Common rail: In the common rail, the fuel still maintains its pressure, even when the fuel injector injects fuel, due to the elasticity of the fuel, it generates a pressure accumulation effect, and the fuel pressure remains basically unchanged. The fuel pressure is measured by a common rail pressure sensor and adjusted to the specified value through a pressure regulating valve. The task of the pressure limiting valve is to limit the fuel pressure in the common rail to within 150MPa.

Fuel injector: When high-pressure fuel is released by an electronically controlled solenoid valve in the injector, the injector opens and directly injects fuel into the combustion chamber of the diesel engine.

High pressure oil pipe of Yuchai generator:

1. The high-pressure fuel pipe must be able to withstand the maximum pressure of the fuel injection system and local high-frequency pressure fluctuations during fuel injection intervals. The oil pipe is made of steel pipe, usually with an outer diameter of 6mm and an inner diameter of 2.4mm.

2. The length of the high-pressure oil pipes in each cylinder is completely the same, and the different spacing between the common rail and the fuel injectors in each cylinder is compensated for by the degree of bending of the high-pressure oil pipes in each cylinder, but the length of the oil pipes should be as short as possible.

Founded in 1974, Dingbo Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of diesel engines, generators and generator sets, and one of the earliest manufacturers of diesel engines, generators and generator sets in China. Since 1992, the company has been a qualified generator set manufacturer inspected by the National Internal Combustion Engine Generator Set Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Over the years, the company has carried out extensive cooperation with Shanghai Diesel, Weichai, Sweden Volvo, Sino US joint venture Chongqing Cummins, American Qianglu and other companies, and has become a (OEM) supporting factory and technical center. It has 64 sales service departments nationwide, providing users with design, supply, commissioning and maintenance services at any time. Dingbo quality is worth depending on.
