Deutz Diesel Engine for Generator Set Application

Deutz company is the world’s first engine factory and its engine is also the world’s first 4 stroke engine. This article mainly introduces Deutz main Series engine features and models for generator set.

BFM1015C series diesel engine

DEUTZ advanced technology , the power is from 231kW to 490kW

The engine adopts the inner oil-line and inner water channel structure that makes the external pipes less distinctly. It can reduce the potential possibilities of failures. The service life is about 15000 hours.

The engine has one-cylinder-one-head structure so that the parts have good universal and convenient maintenance property.

The patent technology on the crankshaft, noise-optimized crankcase and accessory bracket making the engine much lower noise(<98dB) .

The engine adopts inlet heating device so as to keep good running at the temperature of -35°C.

B/FL413/513 Series Diesel Engine

Four stroke, V-engine. The following 4 kinds: 6-cylinder, 8-cylinder, 10 cylinder and 12-cylinder. It adopts one-cylinder-one-head structure so that it can save maintenance time .It doesn't need cooling water circulation system, can distinctly make the external pipes less and reduce the potential possibilities of failures.The engine adopts inlet heating device so as to keep good running at the temperature of -35°C. It can be widely used in the high temperature, cold, arid and water deficient regions.

HC4132 Series diesel engine

The engine is in-line, 4-cylinder structure. The highest powar is 175 kW.
The engine adopts inlet heating device so as to keep good running at the temperature of -35°C.

The above data are under working frequency 50Hz and the engine speed is 1500r/min．
The standard supply doesn't include starting assistant equipment and oil temperature sensor isn't in the supply scope for 1015 Series.
1015 Series engines include 55A generator while 35A generator is in the scope supply for 413F/513 Series.
