The injector coupling is selected and ground and tested by hydraulic seal. It is necessary to maintain a high degree of cleanliness and do not allow a single piece to be replaced when a diesel generator set is used. If the injector is protected, the diesel generator set will produce black smoke, insufficient power and rising fuel consumption, and so on. To do this, the user can check as follows:

 

 

First, let the diesel generator set turn off, release the cylinder high pressure tubing separately, make the injector rotate to stop the fuel injection. At the same time, the exhaust smoke color is observed. When the fuel injector of diesel generator is stopped, the exhaust smoke color will obviously improve, and the speed of the diesel generator set will change little or no change. If the normal diesel generator injector stops the fuel injection, the exhaust smoke color does not change obviously, but the rotational speed drops obviously. The new nozzle must be installed according to the model of diesel generator set, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of diesel generator set.

 

The injector opening pressure of diesel generator set is controlled by the pressure of the pressure regulating spring above the rod parts. During use, the users should check the fuel injection pressure of the generator set according to the need. During use, the user should check the fuel injection pressure of the generator set according to the need. This pressure is too high or too low will directly affect the performance of diesel generators. In order to ensure the fuel cleanliness of the fuel injection nozzle of the diesel generator set, the oil filter core is installed in the fuel injector inlet. The matching clearance between the fuel inlet and the inlet joint is 0.025-0.055 mm. The fuel should be cleaned after the fuel is found to be unclean or used for a long time.

 

Method of disassembly and inspection of injector of diesel generator set

 

Spray tests can be carried out on the test bench using a diesel generator injector for a longer period of time. If the following abnormal phenomena are found, they should be removed and checked.

1. The low opening force of fuel injection is lower than the specific value.

2. The fuel injection is not atomized, the cut off is not obvious.

3. Nozzle plugging. The oil spay from 4 holes was uneven and varied in length.

4. The nozzle head is badly charred.

 

The parts of the injector can be decomposed first by loosening the regulating nut, spinning out the pressure adjusting screw, then the injector of the diesel generator set is clamped upside down in the bench vice, and then tight cap of the injector can be released. Then remove the rest of the parts and wash them in clean diesel or gasoline. Carbon deposits on the nozzle head can be removed with a copper wire brush. Such as needle valve bite, soft cloth with wire pliers to clamp the end of the needle valve, a little rotation force pull out. Needle valve cone surface along the surface of the copper brush clean, with the appropriate size of the bit or wire to clear the injection hole and oil path. Finally, the injector valve is cleaned by pulling the needle valve back and forth in diesel oil, so that the needle valve can slide freely.

 

The injector parts should be repaired or replace after cleaning if the following irregularities are found.

 

1. When there is less damage to the injectors end surface, it can be ground on the lapping plate after pulling out two positioning pins. Take care not to touch the hair end face when pulling out the pin.

 

2. Injector pressure regulating spring surface scratch, point or permanent deformation should be replaced.

3. The spatter cap should be completely removed from the shoulder blades and hole walls.

4. Nozzle coupling parts wear out, serious oil leakage should be replaced.

5. The spray quality should be replaced when the nozzle has defects such as wear and increase.

6. Needle valve and needle valve body seal face wear is not too serious, can be repaired by aluminum oxide grinding paste. Manual research, do not force too hard, sealing face to reach a uniform not too wide seal can be.

 

7. Due to the gas channeling in the cylinder of the diesel engine or the fine impurity intruding into the fuel injection nozzle, the needle valve becomes black or jammed, and after cleaning and interworking, the severity of the fuel injection nozzle is reused or replaced according to the situation.

 

In assembling the injector, the following points should be noted:


1. During the whole assembly process, the parts must be clean, especially in the sealing places such as the injector coupling itself and the injector body end face. Even fine debris dust will cause slip block and poor sealing of contact surface. The shoulder blades of the injectors tight cap and fuel injector should be smooth and smooth, without carbon or burr, otherwise, the coaxial degree and perpendicularity of the fuel injection nozzle will be affected, and the slip of the fuel injection nozzle will be poor.

 

2. When assembling, the inlet pipe connector with filter element is first rotated, and the tight pressure copper gasket is sealed to prevent oil leakage.then put the pressure regulating spring and rod into the injector screw in the pressure adjusting screw, until the pressure regulating spring is in contact, then spin the adjusting nut.

3. The injector is clamped upside down on the table vice and the tight cap is twisted. The tightening torque is 59-78N·m. excessive toque causes distortion of needle valve body, affects slippage of needle valve, too small and causes oil leakage.

4. The assembled injector assembly shall be sealed and sprayed on the test bench, and the fuel injection opening pressure shall be adjusted.

 

Correct maintenance method of diesel generator injector parts after cleaning.

Diesel generator injector parts should be repaired or replaced after cleaning if the following irregularities are found.

 

1. When there is less damage to the end face of the injector body of the diesel generator st which is joined with the needle valve body, it can be ground on the grinding place after pulling out two positioning pins. Be careful not to touch the hair end face when pulling the pin.

2. Diesel generator injector surge spring surface scratch, point or permanent deformation should be replaced.

3. The shoulder blade and hole wall of the injector should be completely removed.

4. The diameter wear of injector couple of generator set should replaced because of serious oil leakage.

5. The spray quality should be replaced when the nozzle has defects such as wear and increase.
