1. Debugging the low-speed starting point of action.

Start the test bench, make the fuel injection pump run at a speed lower than the idle speed, and then slowly rotate the control arm. When the fuel injection pump just starts to supply fuel, fix the control arm and gradually increase the speed of the fuel injection pump. At the same time pay attention to the changes in the position of the oil supply adjustment gear lever. When the oil supply adjustment gear lever starts to move in the direction of reducing oil supply, the speed is the speed of the low-speed start action point, and its value should not be higher than the specified value of idle speed.

2. Debug high-speed starting point of action.

Start the test bench, make the fuel injection pump speed gradually approach the rated speed from low to high, push the control arm of the fuel injection pump to the maximum fuel supply position (push it to the end), then slowly increase the fuel injection pump speed, pay attention to the change of the fuel supply adjustment gear lever position . When the oil supply adjusting rack starts to move in the direction of reducing oil supply, the speed is the speed at which the governor starts at high speed. In order to obtain the specified rated speed without exceeding the specified value, it is generally best to adjust the high-speed starting operating point speed to 10r/min higher than the rated speed (referring to the camshaft speed). The adjustment method is to change the preload of the speed regulating spring.

3. Adjust the idle speed stabilization spring.

Because the centrifugal force of the governor fly piece is very small when the diesel engine is idling, the fuel supply adjustment gear lever cannot be pushed to the direction of increasing fuel supply immediately. The function of the idle speed stabilization spring is to help adjust the sensitivity of the idle speed. Under normal circumstances, when the idling speed is stable, the idling speed stabilization spring should be able to push the fuel supply adjustment rod to the direction of increasing fuel supply by 0.5mm. Otherwise, you can adjust the preload adjustment screw of the idle speed stabilizing spring.

4. Adjust the full load limit screw.

Loosen the full-load limit screw to make the fuel injection pump run at the rated speed, and then slowly move the control arm in the direction of increasing the fuel supply. When the fuel supply adjustment lever reaches the maximum stroke, stop moving the control arm. At this time, screw in the full-load limit screw to make it contact with the sector block on the control arm.

5. Adjust the "stop oil supply limit screw".

After adjusting the idle speed stabilizing spring, stop the operation of the fuel injection pump. At this time, the oil supply adjustment gear rod will move a certain distance in the direction of increasing oil supply, and then turn the control arm to make the oil supply adjustment gear rod at a position where the oil supply is completely stopped. At this time, turn the stop screw for oil supply to make it contact with the fan-shaped stop block on the control arm shaft, and finally tighten the lock nut of the stop screw for oil supply.
