Next, we will continue to introduce the HHO technology applied to diesel generators.
The potential of HHO to develop diesel generators has caught our attention
Generally speaking, installing a hydrogen generator or commonly known as an "electrolytic cell" in diesel generators with a capacity of 100KVA and above surprises people with the fuel saving results of these diesel generators. The results of different diesel generators are certainly different, but what catches our attention is that diesel generators save at least 30%.
The following are other feedback from diesel generator users during trial operation:
1) The engine runs more smoothly
2) Less harmful carbon emissions
3) The fuel savings gradually increase (as internal combustion engines become cleaner from complete combustion)
All diesel generators no longer have incomplete combustion fuel
This solves the main problem of incomplete combustion of fuel in all diesel generators. Due to complete combustion of fuel, there is a large amount of carbon buildup inside the engine, which makes the engine performance of diesel generators more efficient.
How can HHO help diesel generators completely burn fuel?
A hydrogen generator or "electrolyzer" separates hydrogen and oxygen (called Brown gas) from distilled water or reverse osmosis water through the electrolysis process, and supplies them to the intake manifold of the diesel generator through the vacuum generated by the engine. Then, HHO or gas mixed with diesel significantly improves combustion. Approximately 45% of diesel burns normally during the combustion process. The proportion of HHO has jumped to 90%.
HHO in diesel engines:
1) Intake (air and hydrogen entering the cylinder)
2) Compression (mixed heating)
3) HHO compressed air for piston
4) Ignite (add fuel, burn)
5) Faster combustion, faster release: stronger power
6) Waste gas (discharged gas)
7) Less emissions, cleaner exhaust gas (less carbon buildup)
Steps for installing hydrogen demand system for diesel generators:
The installation process is much simpler than diesel cars. In fact, diesel generators only need one hour to operate.
1) Identify the battery (12V/24V). This is to determine the type of hydrogen generator required for operation. For example, once we determine that the diesel generator relies on a 24 volt starting battery for operation. We will choose a hydrogen generator that operates at 24 volts.
2) Determine the position of the air vacuum (intake manifold). Drill holes, fix and bond bends for insertion into pipes
3) Determine the location of the hydrogen generator
4) The provided wiring harness includes fuses, relays, relay sockets, and wires for installing the hydrogen generator
5) The power supply will be obtained from the AC generator through a wiring device (positive wire from the hydrogen generator)
6) The ground source will be taken from any part of the main engine of the diesel generator (the negative wire comes from hydrogen)
7) Inject distilled water or reverse osmosis water and catalyst into the hydrogen generator
8) The current inside the hydrogen generator is adjusted to 12 amperes, estimated to be 3 liters of gas per hour.
Cheaper alternative energy sources compared to solar and wind energy
As we have found, diesel generators are one of the most suitable generators for HHO applications, as their engine operation is consistent compared to vehicles that heavily rely on road conditions and user driving habits. As is well known, off grid power users heavily rely on diesel power generation for 12 hours or longer. Some people suggest combining solar energy and wind turbines with diesel generators to further reduce operating costs. However, it is the high cost of initial investment that has led users to doubt its return on investment over the years. HHO or gas is a cheaper option, allowing users to save a significant amount of money within a one to two month investment return period. Manufacturing and deploying hydrogen generators is more cost-effective than manufacturing and deploying solar panels and wind turbines.
