Bag Filter for Diesel Generators

Like particulate filters, bag filters are also an effective post-treatment method for preventing black smoke from diesel generator exhaust. Use a bag filter to adsorb carbon smoke and particulate matter from the exhaust gas. A bag filter is connected in series at the exhaust port of the car muffler. After catalytic treatment of the car exhaust, the emission pressure, temperature, and speed are reduced. The bag fiber is used to adsorb and filter carbon smoke and particles in the exhaust gas.

The outer shell 2 of the bag filter is a flat circular cylindrical structure, with several fiber cloth bags 3 supported by a metal frame 4 inside. A cloth bag is a fiber cloth bag specially designed for dust removal, with good breathability, no fear of moisture, high temperature resistance, and strong adsorption.

Working principle: The exhaust gas enters the dust collector from inlet 1 and forms a vortex. The exhaust gas contacts the outer surface of the fiber cloth bag 3, and is filtered and adsorbed by the fiber cloth bag. The carbon smoke and particles in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the outer surface of the cloth bag, and the gas penetrates the cloth bag and enters the atmosphere through outlet 6. The filter area of the cloth bag can be calculated based on the size of the car's exhaust volume, and the length and quantity of the cloth bag can be designed to ensure that the exhaust pressure, temperature, and noise of the car meet the national standard requirements. The bag filter does not require power drive, and the exhaust pressure causes the exhaust gas to filter and adsorb through the bag. The carbon smoke and particles adsorbed by the bag fall into the bottom of the dust collector shell due to bumps and vibration of the exhaust device during car driving, and can be cleaned regularly by opening the cover.

The material of the fiber cloth bag can be industrial polyester or graphitized glass fiber cloth. The test data is as follows: the temperature resistance of the cloth bag is 130 ℃ to 250 ℃, the resistance loss is less than 1.5kPa, the purification efficiency is more than 98%, the filtration particle size is less than lum, and the service life is more than 1 year.
