2. Equipment unpacking inspection: According to the packing list, check the host, accessories, special tools, spare parts and accompanying technical documents, etc., appearance inspection, with nameplate. The body has no missing parts, the coating is complete, whether the equipment meets the design requirements, etc.

3. Unit installation: Hoist the unit as a whole with lifting equipment, install the random shock absorber under the unit, and place the unit on the basis of the completion of the construction of the diesel generator unit.

4. Fuel system installation: The fuel supply system is generally composed of oil storage tanks, daily fuel tanks, oil pumps, solenoid valves, and connecting pipes. 8. Battery charging inspection: According to the requirements of the product technical documents, enter the battery for charging and charging, and the maintenance-free battery does not need to add additional electrolyte.

9. No-load test run of diesel engine: The diesel engine of the diesel generator set needs to be run without load. After inspection, there is no oil or water leakage, and the machine runs smoothly. The speed is automatic or manual to meet the requirements. The diesel engine is qualified for the no-load test run, and the generator no-load test is performed.

10. Generator static test and random distribution panel control cabinet wiring inspection: Complete the test and inspection of the stator circuit, rotor circuit, excitation circuit and other items of the diesel generator set according to the attached table in the main control project, and make a record. 11. No-load test operation of the generator set: Disconnect the circuit breaker or ATS on the load side of the diesel generator set, turn the control switch of the unit control panel to the "manual" position, and press the start button, check whether the unit voltage, battery voltage, and frequency are in within the error range, otherwise make appropriate adjustments, check the oil pressure gauge. All the above is normal, and then the normal stop and emergency stop test can be completed.

12. Generator set on-load test: After the generator set has passed the no-load operation, cut off the load "mains" power supply, press the "genset load" button, and perform the false load (water resistance) test after passing the test, and then the generator set to the load power supply, check whether the generator is running stably, whether the frequency, voltage, current, and power maintain the rated value.

13. Self-starting time test: When the two mains power sources are interrupted at the same time, the standby generator will be automatically put into operation, and it will be put into full load state within the time required by the design. When the mains power supply is restored, all the backup power loads are automatically returned to the mains power supply system, and the generator set automatically exits operation.
