Diesel Generator Set Needs Heating Device

The size, installation and connection of the diesel generator set shall comply with the product drawings approved by the specified procedures. The welding of the diesel generator set shall be firm, the T-shaped weld shall be uniform, and there shall be no defects such as penetration, undercut, slag inclusion, welding slag, flux, etc. The paint film shall be uniform, there shall be no mandatory cracks, and the peeling shall be smooth. The diesel generator set shall be free of missing plating spots, rust and other phenomena, and the fasteners of the diesel generator set shall not be loose. The electrical installation of the diesel generator set shall comply with the circuit diagram, and the connection of each conductor of the diesel generator set shall have obvious signs that are not easy to fall off.

The insulation resistance between the grounding of the diesel generator set and the circuit of each independent circuit shall be measured to be more than 2 meters. Each independent circuit of the diesel generator set shall be able to withstand the AC test voltage for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover. The phase sequence of the terminal of the control panel of the diesel generator set requires that the phase sequence of the terminal be arranged from left to right or from top to bottom in front of the screen.

The diesel generator set needs heating device to ensure emergency start and fast loading. After the diesel generator set receives the automatic start P command, check the reliability of the automatic start P power supply and automatic shutdown. Or remote control, the diesel generator set shall be able to start automatically. After the diesel generator set fails to start automatically for the third time, a start failure signal shall be sent. When the standby diesel generator set is installed, the program start system shall automatically send the start command to the other standby diesel generator set.

The time from issuing the automatic start command to supplying power to the load shall not exceed 3 minutes. After automatic start, the first load shall not be less than 50% of the calibrated load. After receiving automatic control or remote control stop command, the equipment shall automatically stop the standby diesel generator set used with the main grid. When the power grid returns to normal, the diesel generator set shall automatically switch and shut down, the shutdown mode and delay time of TS shall meet the technical requirements of the product, and the success rate of automatic hover shall not be less than 99%.
