If it is a single thread hole, you can change the thread again and process a cylinder head bolt that matches the thread hole. If the wire hole is damaged or multiple wire holes are slippery, it cannot be repaired. The hole can be reamed with a steel wire cone first, then plugged with aluminum wire, or blocked with spot welding.

The bearing hole of the diesel generator is worn out. This situation must be repaired immediately. When the bearing hole is lightly worn, it can be repaired by enlarging the outer circle of the bearing. Use oxygen welding on the outer ring of the bearing to place the symmetrical point of the steel wire at a small point, correct it with a file, and then press it into the bearing hole to use. Another method is to use a 2 mm thick iron plate to make a large flat pad with an inner hole of 50 mm, make three wire holes on the flat pad and the body, and fix it with flat-head screws. When the bearing hole wears severely, a large original hole insert can be bored, and three small wire holes can be made at the joint between the inserted bush and the body and fixed with screws.
