After the diesel engine is pressurized, the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump is increased, which makes it easy to generate black smoke during low speed, large load or accelerated working conditions. When operating under low speed, high load conditions, the exhaust turbine operates at low engine exhaust energy, and the compressor operates in a low efficiency zone, resulting in insufficient air supply, causing the exhaust to emit black smoke. When the load suddenly increases and the fuel supply suddenly increases, the supercharger speed cannot rise immediately, so that the amount of air entering the cylinder cannot keep up with the rapid increase of the fuel quantity, resulting in incomplete combustion and black smoke.
Speaking of standby diesel generators, it is to "Maintain an army for a thousand days to use it for an hour." Therefore, most of the spare diesel generator sets are spared after being purchased. If the mains supply is normal, the diesel-diesel generator set is basically unused and is in a long-term idle state.
The piston generator top clearance is too large. If the diesel engine is overhauled, the diesel engine piston top clearance is not checked and adjusted in strict accordance with the requirements, or the excessively thick diesel generator cylinder head gasket is selected to make the piston top clearance larger, which will increase the space of the diesel engine combustion chamber. This directly affects the compression ratio of the diesel generator and thus the cylinder pressure.
