Through this phenomenon, it shows that diesel does not burn in the diesel generator set of Shanghai Diesel, and exhaust steam or too much water is formed in the diesel. First, check whether the ambient temperature of Shangchai diesel generator set is too low when starting, and then check whether there is air or moisture in the oil pipe of Shangchai diesel generator set.

The pipe joint is not firmly fixed, the needle valve of the nozzle of Shangchai diesel generator set is blocked, and the diesel in the oil tank is exhausted before the shutdown of Shangchai diesel generator set, which may cause the air of Shangchai diesel generator set to enter the diesel supply system. Therefore, if the fuel supply of the diesel generator set increases or decreases, the inspection method for this fault is to loosen the exhaust screw on the filter of the diesel generator set, the exhaust screw on the fuel injection pump or the high-pressure fuel pipe on the fuel injection pump, and then turn the diesel generator set. If bubbles appear, it indicates that there is air in the diesel supply system. The treatment method is to tighten the joints at each part of the oil pipe first, then loosen the bleed screw on the injection pump of the diesel generator set, rotate the crankshaft of the diesel generator set until there is no bubble in the oil, and then tighten the bleed screw to start the machine.

If water is found in the diesel oil of Shangchai diesel generator set, the same method can be used to check and find out the reason for water in the diesel oil of Shangchai diesel generator set, and replace the diesel oil in the fuel tank of Shangchai diesel generator set as required. If there is no air or water mixed in the diesel, it is necessary to continue to check whether the performance of the fuel injector of the diesel generator set is good and whether the timing of fuel supply and distribution is appropriate.
