Performance of MX series brushless three-phase AC synchronous generator
l. The generator should be able to operate continuously at full load under the following conditions
(1) The temperature of the surrounding medium (air) is ≤ 40 ℃ and the ventilation is good. Ship time<45 ℃.
(2) Altitude ≤ 1000M.
2. Electrical performance
(1) Stable pressure regulation rate ≤ 0.5%.
(2) Transient voltage regulation rate+20% -1.5% (60% ln. COSm 4 hysteresis)
(3) The sine distortion rate of the no-load line voltage waveform is ≤ 5%.
(4) Maintain a steady-state short-circuit current of 300% In for 10 seconds.
Storage of Marathon Generator: If the generator is not used immediately, it should be stored in a clean, dry place where the temperature and humidity do not change rapidly. The generator must be cleaned, tested, and dried if necessary before being put into use after being stored for a long time.
Installation and Calibration of Marathon Generator
1. The generator must be installed in a clean, dry, and well ventilated place. When installing the prime mover and generator, they should be installed on a common chassis or bottom plate, and must not be directly installed on the foundation. When tightening the bolts, it is necessary to ensure that the generator base does not deform.
2. The single bearing generator provides standard SAE interfaces and elastic coupling plates. As the SAE interface matches the flywheel housing stop of the prime mover, and the elastic coupling plate matches the flywheel recess stop, it ensures the concentricity of the connection between the generator and the prime mover without the need for further adjustment. It is recommended to use 8 for the installation of coupling plates and flywheels Grade 8 bolts and hard washers should not use spring washers, as they can easily cause stress rise and damage to the coupling plate. Metal sheets may need to be placed under the bottom of the generator to ensure a solid foundation. The bottom of the generator should not be forcefully pried onto an uneven floor surface, as this can cause serious consequences.
3. Double bearing generator: The generator adopts a flange interface to connect with the prime mover, making installation relatively convenient. If not connected in this way, the generator docking calibration must be particularly careful. A metal sheet must be placed under the base of the machine to ensure that the axis lines of the generator and the prime mover are on the same horizontal line. Using a dial gauge can accurately correct the axial and radial positions of the two shafts, making them coaxial and minimizing the vibration of the unit.
