Methods of Automatic Start and Stop of Intelligent Terminals

The automatic start and stop operation method of the intelligent terminal of the Fushchuang FPSS7920 generator set:

Press the cycle button, the green color of the button remains on, and the intelligent terminal of the generator set is in automatic mode.

1) When the mains power is abnormal (overvoltage, undervoltage, over frequency, under frequency, out of phase, reverse phase), enter the mains power abnormal delay. After the mains power abnormal delay ends, enter the "startup delay"; Or when the remote boot input is valid, enter "boot delay";

2) The status page of the LCD displays a countdown to "startup delay";

3) After the startup delay ends, the preheating relay outputs (if configured), and the LCD status page displays "preheating delay XXs";

4) After the preheating delay ends, the fuel relay outputs XX seconds, and then the relay starts to output; If the generator set fails to start within the "start time", the fuel relay and start relay stop outputting, enter the "start interval time", and wait for the next start;

5) If the generator set fails to start within the set number of times, the intelligent terminal will issue a start failure shutdown, and the LCD alarm page will display a start failure alarm;

6) If the start is successful at any time, it will enter the "idle warm-up delay" mode

7) During the idle warm-up delay process, the underspeed, underfrequency, and undervoltage alarms are all invalid. After the idle warm-up delay is completed, it enters "Speed up output XXs"

8) Reaching the rated speed within the countdown of "speed up output XXs" and entering the "high-speed warm-up delay"; If the rated speed is not reached within the countdown of the acceleration output, the intelligent terminal will issue a failure to accelerate and stop the machine.

9) When the high-speed warm-up delay ends, if the power generation is normal, the power generation status indicator light will light up green. If the generator voltage and frequency meet the load requirements, the mains disconnect relay will output, and then the power generation close relay will output. When the generator set is loaded, the load indicator light will light up green, and the generator set will enter normal operation status; If the voltage or frequency of the generator set is abnormal, the intelligent terminal will alarm and shut down, and the power generation status indicator light will turn red;

Automatic shutdown sequence of the intelligent terminal of the Fushchuang FPSS7920 generator set:

1) During the normal operation of the generator set, if the mains power returns to normal, enter the "mains voltage normal delay". After confirming that the mains power is normal, the mains power status indicator light will turn green, and the "shutdown delay" will begin; Or when the remote power input fails, start the "shutdown delay";

2) After the shutdown delay ends, the power generation closing relay first disconnects, then the mains power closing relay outputs, and then enters the "high-speed heat dissipation delay";

3) When entering the "idle heat dissipation delay", the idle relay is powered on and output;

4) Enter "Power on Shutdown Delay", the power on shutdown relay will output power, the fuel relay output will disconnect, and it will automatically determine whether it has stopped steadily; If the shutdown requirement is not met within the power on shutdown delay, the intelligent terminal will issue a shutdown failure alarm.

5) Enter the "waiting to stop time"; After waiting for the steady stop delay to end, enter the power generation standby mode.
