1. Diesel generator assembly, unloading and transportation.

Please pay attention to tighten the lifting rope when loading and unloading, and lift it gently. After the goods are delivered to the destination, they should be placed in the warehouse as much as possible. If there is no open-air storage, the fuel tank should be raised to prevent rainwater from getting wet. The box should be covered with a rain-proof tent to prevent the equipment from being damaged by the sun and rain .

Due to the large volume and heavy weight of diesel generators, transportation routes should be arranged before installation, and transportation ports should be reserved in the engine room. If the doors and windows are not large enough, you can use the door and window positions to reserve a larger port, and after the standby group is moved in, the walls and doors and windows are installed.

2.Unpack the diesel generator.

Clean the dust before opening the box and check whether the box is damaged. Check the box number and quantity, and do not damage the machine when unpacking. The unpacking sequence is: top fold, and then fold the side panels. The following work should be done after the cabinet is disassembled:

(1)Check all units and accessories according to the unit list and packing list.

(2) Check whether the main dimensions of the equipment and its accessories are consistent with the drawings.

(3) Check whether the equipment and accessories are damaged or corroded;

(4) If the disassembled parts cannot be installed in time after inspection, the surface of the disassembled parts should be re-coated with anti-rust oil for proper protection. Before the anti-rust oil is removed, the transmission and sliding parts of the unit are not rotated. If the anti-rust oil has been removed after the inspection, apply another layer of anti-rust oil after the inspection.

(5) After unpacking, the unit must be kept horizontally. The flanges and various interfaces must be covered and bandaged to prevent rainwater and sand from entering.

3. Diesel generator positioning and marking.

Determine the vertical and horizontal reference lines of the installation position of the unit according to the dimensions of the relationship between the unit and the center of the wall or column. The allowable deviation between each unit is 10mm.

4. Diesel generator inspection equipment is ready for installation.

If there is no design drawing, please refer to the manual, and according to the equipment use and installation requirements, while considering the water source, power supply, maintenance, use and other conditions, determine the size and location of the civil construction plane, and draw the layout plan.

5. Diesel generators are ready for lifting equipment and installation tools.

It is worth noting that if the diesel generator set cannot be installed in time after inspection, the finished surface of the disassembled parts should be re-coated with anti-rust oil and stored properly. For the transmission and sliding parts of the unit, do not rotate or slide before the anti-rust oil has been removed. If the anti-rust oil cannot be inspected, apply another layer of anti-rust oil after the inspection.
