It should be noted that the water storage tank of diesel generator set should be antifreeze in winter, and the water spray volume should be adjusted automatically according to the load.

2. Emulsified diesel

Adding water to diesel oil, namely emulsified diesel oil, because of its "detonation" effect, makes its fuel atomized well, makes the air in the combustion chamber form strong turbulence, makes the distribution of fuel oil and air more uniform, reduces the generation of soot, and the water-gas reaction of water vapor also reduces the emission of soot. In addition, emulsified diesel oil can reduce the high combustion temperature, so the generation of NOx is reduced.
