1. The generator set can quickly self start and operate with load. In an unmanned situation, after receiving the start command, the self start is successful within 10 seconds. Under normal on-site conditions, the success rate of the unit's self start is not less than 99%.

2. The battery can be restarted 5 seconds after a failed start, and can provide six consecutive starts without affecting the future use of the battery. The starting battery has a redundant starting system. Provide two sets of battery pack charging devices: one is a static charging device for the generator set after long-term shutdown, and the other is a charging device for the unit during operation. When the charger fails, the unit control unit can issue an alarm signal.

3. The self starting device sends out a self starting command after the mains voltage is lost, and the self starting time can be customized. The diesel generator set has the function of self starting for three consecutive times. If it fails to start for three consecutive times, it will send a start failure signal and also lock the self starting circuit.

4. The average overhaul cycle of diesel generator sets shall not be less than 15000 hours.

6. The generator set is equipped with a digital automatic voltage regulator (DVR) to ensure that the accuracy of steady-state and transient voltage frequency adjustment of the diesel generator set meets the requirements during operation.

7. When a three-phase short circuit occurs at the outlet of the generator, it lasts for 10 seconds without harmful deformation of auxiliary components such as windings and iron cores; The diesel engine does not undergo harmful deformation when subjected to 1.2 times overspeed operation; The short-circuit withstand capacity of the unit shall not be less than 300% of the rated current of the unit, and the maintenance time shall not be less than 10 seconds.

8. Fuel and lubricating oil for diesel engines

9. Calibration of engine capacity in diesel generator sets: altitude 2000M, ambient temperature -10 to 40 ℃, relative humidity 85%. Under these conditions, the unit can start normally without adding auxiliary equipment and there will be no power drop.
