When two or more diesel engines are combined to supply power to the load power supply system, or when one or more diesel engines are combined to supply power to the power grid, the parallel/parallel cabinet of the generator set must be modified in order to meet the requirements of the joint power supply system and ensure that the generator set operates normally.

Due to the use of multiple generator units in the same power grid, the working voltage and frequency of the power supply system are stable and can withstand the impact of huge load changes; More convenient maintenance and upkeep: Several generator units are connected in series, which can be used for centralized production scheduling, distributing active and reactive power loads, making maintenance and upkeep convenient and fast; More reasonable: According to the size of the online load, an appropriate amount of small output power generator sets can be invested to reduce the consumption of gasoline, diesel, and automotive oil generated by the small load operation of high-power generator sets; Future expansion is more scalable: only the power generation and series connected mechanical equipment that currently require output power need to be installed. 4. Fully automatic frequency tracking.

6. Automatic parallel reclosing (priority can be given to selecting a certain generator set, and when the load reaches the preset value, another generator set can be automatically opened).


7. Short circuit fault and overcurrent protection of generator set.


8. Reverse output power, over output power inspection, and alarm shutdown maintenance.


9. The undifferentiated allocation of effective power and ineffective power negatives.


10. Automatic charging of mains power and alarm function for detecting unsuccessful battery charging.


11. Automatic synchronization check, automatic synchronous reclosing, fully automatic parallel operation.


When everything in the mains power project is normal, the isolation switches of all mains power generation units are operated by the automatic control system. The generator units enter the no-load cooling idle state, and the cooling time ends. All generator units stop running and the automatic standby state is restored.

When common fault data signals in power engineering are sent to the parallel cabinet system, and the system receives the data signal, the generator set prioritizes running a certain generator set and generator set for self inspection according to the set program flow, and accelerates to the rated value and creates the working voltage. After detecting one of the preset values, funds are invested in the system bus, and the other standby generator set automatically synchronizes and sequentially invests funds in the system bus for series operation (the operation data signal is after a common fault or overload of the previous generator set), while automatically sharing the load.


16. When a common fault occurs in any generator set, the reserve generator set will automatically start, the common fault generator set will automatically shut down, and an alarm will be issued.
