1、 Minor repair of internal combustion engine.

Use dry and clean compressed air to blow the dust in all parts of the motor, and note that the pressure should not exceed 2x105Pa. The surface of each winding and the inside of the fan shall also be thoroughly cleaned to maintain effective ventilation and heat dissipation.

② Clean the collector ring or commutator surface, brush and brush holder, etc., wipe with a soft dry cloth dipped with a little gasoline (alcohol kerosene, etc.), then dry the surface with other clean cloth, and check the wear of the brush and its contact with the collector (or commutator), repair or adjust if necessary, and check the pressure of the brush at the same time. If not, adjust it.

③ Remove the small end cover of the motor bearing (one at the shaft extension end need not be taken down), check the consumption and cleanliness of the lubricating oil, add it properly if the oil is found to be insufficient, and clean and replace the lubricating oil if the color is uneven, hardened or contains other metal impurities. When disassembling the motor, master the essentials to avoid damaging the motor.

④ Carefully check the electrical and mechanical connections at all places, and clean and firmly connect them if necessary.
