The flushing operation of the sealing oil for the generator set is very important. Therefore, regular flushing of the sealing oil for the generator set can effectively ensure its efficiency and extend the service life of the generator.

Before cleaning the sealing oil of the generator set, the following conditions should be met:

(1) Before maintaining and cleaning the sealing oil of the generator set, it is necessary to first understand the characteristics of each component and equipment in the system. Some devices can be maintained and cleaned immediately, while others cannot be maintained and cleaned. Many generator sets are damaged due to failure to distinguish equipment during maintenance and cleaning processes. For example, the bearing seat of a generator set cannot be maintained and cleaned. Therefore, before performing maintenance and cleaning, the smooth pressure oil and smooth oil on the air side of the bearing seat should be short circuited and guided into the main oil tank using relevant equipment.

(2) After short circuiting the hydrogen side inlet and hydrogen side return oil of the diesel generator set sealing oil, clean the hydrogen side oil pipe and introduce the return oil into the hydrogen side sealing fuel tank.

(3) When adjusting the oil in the fuel tank, a large amount of pipes should be used, and the temporarily added pipes should be specially treated, and then the throttle should be placed on the lowest equipment. This is to effectively ensure the temporary discharge of oil from the pipeline after maintenance and cleaning, making the entire process safer and more orderly.

(4) The personnel responsible for cleaning the sealing oil of the generator set should also effectively ensure the normal use of the oil fume exhaust fan and hydrogen exhaust fan in the main oil tank, and carry out inspection work. Test and inspect the oil fume exhaust fan and hydrogen isolation equipment's hydrogen exhaust fan to see if they can operate normally, in order to effectively ensure the smooth progress of the flushing process.

(5) Effectively ensure that the filter screen and filter element of the sealing oil container equipment are removed, and these equipment do not require maintenance and cleaning. Disassembly can improve the efficiency of maintenance and cleaning processes.

(6) Ensure the quality of the smooth oil products used, as long as the smooth oil is qualified, it can ensure outstanding flushing effect.

(7) Finally, effectively ensure that the planning of the sealing oil for the generator set meets the requirements of the equipment, ensure the correctness of the connection after the equipment is completed, and strictly follow the planning drawings for equipment connection.

After meeting the above conditions, maintenance and cleaning of the sealing oil of the generator set should be carried out. During the maintenance and cleaning of the generator set, sealing oil must not splash into the sealing tiles.
