135 Series Diesel Generator Full Range Governor and Fuel Injection Pump

The 135 series diesel generator full range governor is integrated with the fuel injection pump and fixed at one side of the fuel injection pump. The full program governor is generally composed of operating mechanism, transmission mechanism, sensitive mechanism, housing and other components.

(1) Control mechanism

The operating mechanism is mainly composed of operating handle, operating shaft, rocker and other parts. Its main function is to control the speed of the diesel generator by controlling the oil supply of each sub cylinder plunger in the fuel injection pump of the diesel generator, and the speed adjustment is realized by changing the elasticity of the speed regulating spring inside the governor.

(2) Transmission mechanism

The transmission mechanism is mainly composed of speed regulating lever, roller and other parts, and its main function is to transmit the load change sensed by the sensitive mechanism to the regulating gear rod of the fuel injection pump. When the fuel regulating gear rod is pulled, the fuel supply of each sub pump plunger in the fuel injection pump will change.

(3) Sensitive mechanism

The sensitive mechanism is mainly composed of flying iron, speed regulating spring and telescopic shaft. Its main function is to sense the change of speed or load, and act on the fuel volume regulating gear rod of the fuel injection pump through the transmission mechanism. When the fuel volume regulating gear rod is pulled, the fuel supply volume of each pump plunger in the fuel injection pump will be correspondingly changed.

(4) Housing

The shell is composed of a front shell and a rear shell. The front housing and the rear housing are assembled as a whole after being sealed. The upper part of the governor is provided with an oil filler and an air vent for filling lubricating oil and keeping the gas inside the governor housing connected with the atmosphere. The lower part of the housing is drilled with an oil level inspection hole and an oil drain hole, which are usually sealed with screws. A low speed stabilizer is installed on the right side of the housing.
