The distributed fuel injection pump refers to the fuel supply system of a diesel engine that uses a distributed fuel injection pump for fuel supply. Its structure is simple, with fewer parts, small volume, and light weight, making it particularly suitable for use with small, high-speed diesel engines.

The maintenance methods for the diesel filter, diaphragm oil pump, fuel tank, and injector of the fuel system of the 150kw Weichai generator distribution pump are as follows:

(1) Diesel filter. Discharge accumulated water according to the warning light on the dashboard; When the filter is severely clogged or under harsh usage conditions, the filter should be replaced every 20000km. When replacing, pay attention to tightening the upper and lower seals.

(2) Diaphragm oil transfer pump. The oil outlet of the diaphragm oil pump automatically adjusts the pressure to (0.25 ± 0.05) MPa. If the pressure does not match, the push rod stroke can be checked to see if it is 2.5-2.6mm. If the stroke is not appropriate, the push rod stroke of the oil pump can be adjusted to adjust the oil pressure of the oil pump.

(3) Fuel tank cleaning. If there is too much diesel sediment in the fuel tank, it will block the oil outlet pipeline. Currently, most fuel tanks are cleaned using the blowing method. When there is still a small amount of diesel at the bottom of the fuel tank, use a plastic tube to pass compressed air with a pressure of 0.2-0.3MPa into the bottom of the tank, constantly change the direction and position for cleaning, then release the diesel and dirt in the tank, and then inject some diesel. Repeat the above method until cleaning. Do not clean with water.

4) Inspection of fuel injectors. Before use, the fuel injector should be tested for pressure, leakage, and injection shape. The inspection method is as follows:

1. Check its injection pressure. Install the fuel injector onto the manual tester, remove the air inside the tester, quickly press the handle a few times to remove carbon buildup at the nozzle of the fuel injector, then slowly press the handle to observe and read the highest pressure value. The standard value specified by Bosch is 24-24.8 MPa. If the pressure does not meet the requirements, disassemble the fuel injector.

2. Check for leaks. Keep the pressure on the pressure gauge below the opening pressure of the fuel injector at 0.98-1.96 MPa, observe for 10 seconds, and check if there is any leakage at the spray hole and return screw of the fuel injection pump. Otherwise, clean, grind or replace the fuel injector according to the degree of leakage. Then conduct a leak test again.

3. Observe the shape of the fuel injector injection. The spraying should be short and powerful, in a foggy shape, and there should be no adverse phenomena such as oil dripping. Otherwise, the fuel injector should be cleaned or replaced.
