Today, we will briefly introduce to you the detailed introduction of the functions of the diesel generator set instrument panel. What else do you need to know about this? Welcome to visit our website, and then we will introduce the relevant content to you.
The diesel generator set has a large capacity, can run in parallel and has a long continuous power supply time, and can also run independently. Especially in the case where the commonly used commercial power is not very reliable in some areas, it is recommended to use the diesel generator set as a backup power supply, which can not only play the role of emergency power supply, but also through the reasonable optimization of the low-voltage system, put some usually more important loads in the power supply. It is used during power outages, so it is widely used in petrochemical, railway, engineering, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, real estate and other engineering fields.
Diesel generator sets in the domestic market are equipped with instrument panels, and the instruments installed on the instrument panels mainly include charging ammeter, oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, water temperature gauge and tachometer, etc. The purpose is for diesel generator set managers to observe and understand diesel power generation. The working condition of the unit, briefly introduce the use and maintenance of the instrument panel of the diesel generator set.
Charging ammeter: The charging ammeter of diesel generator sets can display the charging current and discharging current of the battery, and can also be used to judge whether the silicon rectifier alternator and the regulator are faulty. The "+" terminal of the ammeter is generally connected to the "+" terminal of the charging generator or the armature terminal of the regulator, and the "-" terminal is generally connected to the battery terminal of the electromagnetic switch. A diesel generator set started with one battery is generally installed with a (-20--+20) ammeter on the instrument panel; a diesel generator set started with two batteries is generally installed on the instrument panel (-30~+30) specifications of the ammeter.
Oil pressure gauge: The oil pressure gauge is used to detect the oil pressure of the main oil passage of the diesel generator set. At present, the most installed diesel generator set on the instrument panel is the electric oil pressure gauge, which is composed of a sensor, an information sensing wire and a pressure dial. The oil pressure sensor is installed on the cylinder block and communicated with the main oil passage of the oil, the pressure dial is installed on the instrument panel, and the information sensing wire is wired between the pressure dial and the sensor.
Oil temperature gauge: The oil temperature gauge is used to measure the temperature of the oil inside the oil pan of the diesel generator set. There are two types of oil temperature gauges: hot spot type and resistance type. It consists of dial and sensor wires.
Tachometer: The tachometer is used to detect the revolutions per minute when the diesel generator set is running. The tachometer has two types: mechanical drive and electric.
Water temperature gauge: The water temperature gauge is used to measure the cooling water temperature of the water outlet pipe of the cylinder head of the diesel generator set. Through this table, you can know the maximum and minimum temperature of the cooling water when the diesel generator set is running. The water temperature gauge assembly sensor, sensing wire and dial are composed. The sensor is installed on the water outlet pipe of the cylinder head, and the dial is installed on the instrument panel and connected with the sensing wire.
Starlight Power was founded in 1974 and is one of the earliest manufacturers of generators and diesel generator sets in China. If you want get more information, please feel free to send email to sales@dieselgeneratortech.com we will pay highly attention on your question.
