The newly purchased diesel generator set must be commissioned before it is officially put into use. The no-load commissioning of the diesel generator set is mainly to test whether various parameters of the set are normal, voltage, water temperature, oil pressure, frequency, speed, etc., so do you know what the no-load commissioning of the diesel generator set mainly checks? 1. Ensure that the unit power output switch is in the OFF position.

2. Start the unit manually, and the first no-load operation time shall not be less than 30min.

3. Observe the condition of the engine body to ensure that there is no oil or water leakage, and all components work normally.

4. Observe that the color of smoke exhaust shall be light gray.

5. Observe that the oil pressure should be above 0.3MPa and basically remain unchanged.

6. Observe that the water temperature should rise to about 80 ° C within 15min (depending on the ambient temperature) and remain basically unchanged.

7. Observe the speed and frequency (the mechanical speed regulation shall be about 51.5HZ, and the electronic speed regulation shall be 50HZ).

8. Observe the voltage (400V) and current (0A).

9. Check whether the no-load noise value of the unit meets the contract requirements.

10. The protection functions of general units include: low oil pressure, high water temperature and overspeed. Adjust or simulate the above three abnormal conditions to check the protection and shutdown functions of the unit.

11. Check the automatic start/stop function and ATS automatic switching function of the unit (the unit is in the automatic state, the unit power output switch is in the off and position, and the ACDB main switch is in the off position).

12. The automatic shutdown of the unit shall have a 3min automatic cooling process.
