How to change the lubricating oil of silent diesel generator set:

Check the lubricating oil dipstick to confirm whether the lubricating oil is completely drained. Wipe the dipstick clean for observation during each inspection;

Tighten the screw rod of the oil drain port, slowly inject the low viscosity lubricating oil (Kunlun CF-4-15W-40) into the lubricating oil box with a funnel. At the same time, observe whether it is satisfied through the scale of the lubricating oil dipstick. The lubricating oil can only be injected to the middle scale. The replaced lubricating oil should be stored in a barrel. If the original lubricating oil is dirty, it will no longer be used, but it is strictly prohibited to put waste lubricating oil on the ground at will.

Water discharge of silent diesel generator set: check the water float in the water tank to confirm whether the water tank is completely discharged. The silent diesel generator set used in the gas station adopts the principle of water circulation to cool down the engine body system. To prevent the engine body of the silent diesel generator set from being damaged or blocked by ice in winter due to the freezing of water, the engine body of the silent diesel generator set will be scrapped or the cylinder will swell, Keep the body free of water under shutdown condition.

Note: The diesel generator shall not be drained too early before flameout. It shall run at idle speed until the cooling water temperature drops below 60 ℃ and the water is not hot.
