Adjustment method of fuel supply advance angle: remove the high pressure oil pipe of the first cylinder of the fuel injection pump-speed governor assembly, and lock the handle on the governor at the position of the rated fuel supply of the diesel engine. Pull the flywheel according to the running direction of the diesel engine, observe the fuel supply of the first cylinder of the fuel injection pump during the rotation, and stop rotating the crankshaft when the oil level of the first cylinder is just fluctuating. If the degree of oil supply on the flywheel corresponding to the pointer on the flywheel housing does not match the specified oil supply angle of this type of diesel engine, loosen the two locking screws on the combination plate of the fuel injection pump, and then turn the crankshaft to make the pointer align with the specified oil supply angle. The angle within the range, tighten the two fixing screws.
Precautions for adjusting the fuel supply advance angle: Before adjusting the fuel supply advance angle, the air inside the low pressure oil chamber of the fuel injection pump should be removed, otherwise, the adjusted fuel injection advance angle will have a certain error. Before calibrating the fuel injection pump, it is best to make a mark on the fuel injection pump coupling plate during disassembly. If there is no mark, firstly determine whether the first cylinder or the last cylinder of the diesel engine is near the top dead center of the compression stroke during assembly. If it is not near the top dead center, use a flat-blade screwdriver to turn the flywheel of the diesel engine so that the first or last cylinder is near the top dead center of the compression stroke, then remove the side cover of the fuel injection pump and turn the drive shaft of the fuel injection pump. If the first cylinder of the diesel engine is near the top dead center of the compression stroke, turn the first cylinder of the fuel injection pump to close to the fuel supply, and stop rotating the fuel injection pump drive shaft; if the last cylinder of the diesel engine is near the top dead center of the compression stroke, the When turning the last cylinder of the fuel injection pump close to the fuel supply, stop rotating the fuel injection pump drive shaft. According to the above corresponding relationship, after adjusting the fuel injection pump, assemble it on the diesel engine and lock the two screws on the combined plate of the fuel injection pump to start the diesel engine. If there is an abnormal metal knocking sound during the operation of the diesel engine, adjust it according to the adjustment method of the fuel supply advance angle after the diesel engine is stopped, until the fuel supply advance angle meets the angle specified in the manual.
