1. Counterweight balance: The height of the car's center of gravity and the front and rear positions have a great impact on the safe driving of the car. When designing the carriage of on-board power station, the position and weight of all accessories in the carriage shall be considered and the comprehensive center of gravity shall be calculated. In principle, the center of gravity of the x-axis should be located behind the center of the front and rear wheels, close to the rear wheels. All large objects on the Y-axis are symmetrically arranged around the central axis of the left and right wheels. Small objects are reasonably distributed according to their functions and weight. The center of gravity should be located at the center of the left and right wheels or slightly off the middle side of the road. The center of gravity of the Z-axis should be as low as possible.

2. Ventilation volume of air inlet and exhaust: the power supply vehicle shall fully consider the minimum air inlet and exhaust volume required for normal operation of the unit, otherwise it will seriously affect the power output of the unit, make the unit have high temperature rise, frequent failures, and even shorten the service life of the diesel generator set. Generally, the area of the air outlet of the unit shall be slightly larger than the effective area of the water tank to ensure that the wind speed at the air outlet can be within the range of moderate wind (≤ 8m/s). Considering the reduction of wind resistance, the distance between the air outlet and the obstacles in front shall be more than 600mm, and the air inlet of the car body of the on-board power station shall be greater than the sum of the exhaust air volume and gas volume of the unit.

3. Noise reduction: As an all-weather standby power supply, the vehicle mounted power station must be properly treated for noise reduction due to its unfixed working place.

Noise reduction of on-board power supply:

① Exhaust air and reduce noise.

② Noise reduction at air inlet and outlet.

③ Wall noise reduction.

Layout of control panel and output circuit breaker: the unit control panel and circuit breaker cabinet are located at the rear side of the car body. Open the perspective door to operate the control panel and circuit breaker. When the unit works normally, close the perspective door to isolate the noise in the compartment, and observe the unit parameters through the perspective window. When operating the unit, people do not need to enter the compartment with high wind speed and high noise for easy operation.
