Process Requirements for Outdoor Silent Box Diesel Generator Set

The process requirements for the Dingbo series outdoor silent box diesel generator set are as follows:

(1) The chassis is a square box body, and the overall box body is a frame type. The box body adopts a fully enclosed structure with strong sealing, ensuring sufficient strength, beautiful appearance, and convenient lifting. It has rainproof, anti-corrosion, rust proof, dustproof, thermal insulation, and fire resistance, suitable for outdoor work, and has good all-weather performance.

The outer steel plate of the box is made of 3mm container corrugated board, and the inside and outside of the board are painted to prevent rusting inside the board (concealed works).

(2) The box adopts an overall fully enclosed structure with strong sealing to ensure sufficient strength. It can be divided into three parts: the main body, the inlet chamber, and the exhaust chamber. The door of the box adopts a double-layer soundproof door design, and the interior of the box is subjected to noise reduction treatment. The noise reduction and silencing material is selected from environmentally friendly and flame-retardant materials that are harmless to the human body after long-term use. The overall wall is soundproof and noise reduction, and the surface of the noise reduction material is covered with flame-retardant cloth. The inner wall of the box is made of plastic plated or painted metal buckle plates; After processing the box, when the unit is working normally, the noise at a distance of 1m from the box is 85dB

(3) The structural material of the box is made of anti-corrosion cold-rolled steel plate. The surface of the box is coated with special paint and technology that is moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, sun resistant, and salt spray resistant according to the paint coating requirements of port machinery. The thickness of the paint film is greater than 1mm. The surface of the box is coated with high-performance anti-corrosion imported paint, and the outer shell of the box is coated with automotive paint technology. According to customer requirements, relevant text and patterns can be sprayed on both sides of the box as symbols of the power station.

(4) There are daily operation and maintenance doors on both sides of the box and one end of the air inlet chamber. The maintenance door on one side of the air inlet chamber is double open, allowing operators to enter the box for operation and daily maintenance of the unit. Three maintenance channels for the oil engine are reserved inside the box. The width of the maintenance channels on both sides of the unit is ≥ 1 meter, and corresponding doors and internal channels are reserved. There is enough space for personnel to repair and operate inside the box, which is convenient for daily maintenance and operation of the unit. According to customer requirements, operation perspective doors can be installed at the cabinet position outside the box, making it convenient for operators to operate the unit.

(5) There is one AC and one DC lighting system installed inside the box, both of which are explosion-proof lamps. There are explosion-proof AC power sockets and AC/DC distribution boxes inside the box.

(6) The sealing performance of the box inlet and exhaust louvers is good, ensuring dust prevention and insulation. The box design meets the requirements of the generator unit's inlet and outlet air and unit cooling system, and the unit's inlet and outlet air are installed with professional high-temperature resistant and high sealing louvers.

(7) Vibration isolation design, using high-performance shock absorbers between the diesel engine and generator and the common base to reduce noise sources.

(8) The sound insulation cover made of high-efficiency sound-absorbing materials has strong sound absorption and insulation capabilities.

(9) The intake sound-absorbing device made of high-efficiency sound-absorbing materials can ensure sufficient intake of fresh air and limit intake noise. The area and installation method of the intake and exhaust noise reduction box are reasonable, without affecting the ventilation and heat dissipation requirements of the unit. The cold and hot air from the intake and exhaust noise reduction box enters and exits from the side area around the top of the box; The exhaust pipe of the unit is designed reasonably to ensure that the smoke exhaust of the unit will not smoke the inside and outside of the box.

(10) The exhaust sound-absorbing device made of high-efficiency sound-absorbing materials can ensure smooth exhaust and limit exhaust noise. Under normal operation, except for the doors at the inlet and outlet of the generator set, all other box door panels should be closed to meet the overall rainproof requirements.

(11) The use of impedance and sound-absorbing composite silencers greatly reduces the noise generated during exhaust emissions, while ensuring sufficient motion performance of the unit.

(12) The tank is equipped with a daily fuel tank. The fuel tank is equipped with an external refueling port, which can be refueled from other fuel tanks. The fuel tank is equipped with a liquid level display, so that maintenance personnel can keep track of the fuel level at any time.

(13) There is a ladder left on the outside of the box to reach the top of the box.
