1. Automatic start and input function

When the mains power grid stops supplying power or the mains voltage is lower than 80% of the rated value, the unit will start automatically. After the start is successful, power will be supplied to the load. The whole process of a successful start is controlled within 15 seconds. With a remote interface, the start delay can be set to realize the automatic start and stop of the diesel generator set.

2. Auto exit function

During the self generating output of the unit in the automatic state, if the unit starts to execute the automatic exit procedure after the mains power is restored and confirmed for 30 seconds, the unit will first cut off the load, restore the mains power supply, and then automatically shut down after the cold machine runs for 2 minutes. If the mains supply stops during the operation of the chiller, the unit will automatically speed up and resume power supply to the load.

3. Pre alarm/fault protection function

Low battery voltage, charging failure, over-current, low oil pressure, high water temperature have the pre alarm function, that is, the value does not stop when the alarm is given, and the alarm light flashes; When the value exceeds the shutdown value, the oil engine fails and shuts down. There are fault protection functions for low speed, overspeed, frequency overrun, voltage overrun, emergency stop, and startup failure. 4. Automatic charging function

The unit can automatically charge the starting control battery during mains or self generation. The charging system adopts switching power supply, which can realize two-stage charging of the battery. In the first stage of charging, when the battery capacity is low, constant current 6ADC charging is adopted. When the battery voltage reaches 26.5VDC, constant voltage charging is switched to and floating charge is maintained. When the battery is fully charged, the charging current is automatically zero.

5. Manual function

The panel of the unit control system has automatic and manual functions. When the system works in manual mode, the unit can be started, installed and replaced at high and low speeds, power supply, shutdown, alarm signal light test and alarm release, self generation opening and closing, and mains power closing. The emergency stop knob is effective in both automatic and manual states. Do not use this button in case of emergency.

6. Overview of other functions
