1.Timely check oil tank. In use, each work shift or start Weichai diesel generator set should check the diesel oil tank, if you find the lack of oil to be added in time. When the oil leakage or excessive consumption, the diesel engine should be repaired and then refueling.

2.Change the oil on time. This is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system. If the oil is not changed for a long time, the oil will be deteriorated, and the oil will be mixed with various impurities, moisture and dust, and the lubricating performance will be deteriorated.

3.Old and new oil do not mix. Because the deteriorated oil contains a lot of oxidizing substances, colloidal carbon particles and iron, etc., will greatly shorten the life of new oil, increasing the wear speed of sports parts, and easily lead to burning tile bearing shaft.
