In late August 2024, Dingbo Power was pleased to receive a new international order from a valued client in the Maldives. The project involves a high-performance silent diesel generator tailored to meet the demanding power needs of tropical island environments. This collaboration underscores Dingbo Power’s growing reputation as a trusted provider of reliable energy solutions in global markets.
The custom-designed generator set boasts a prime power rating of 60 kW and a standby power output of 66 kW, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply for critical applications. At its core, the unit integrates a Dongfeng Cummins 4BTA3.9-G11 diesel engine, renowned for its fuel efficiency and durability under extreme conditions.
Paired with the Stamford UCI224G14 alternator, the system delivers stable voltage regulation and exceptional energy conversion efficiency, making it ideal for commercial and residential use in remote or sensitive locations.
The genset is coupled with the SmartGen HGM6110N controller, which is used for automatic control and monitoring system of genset. The controller can carry out functions of automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and three remote (remote control, remote measure and remote communication).
A standout feature of this generator is its soundproof enclosure, engineered to reduce operational noise to just 75 dB(A) at 7 meters. This design aligns with the Maldives’ stringent environmental and noise-control standards, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding communities or eco-sensitive areas. The canopy is made of 2mm thick Galvanized steel and covered with powder coating. It features anti-corrosion properties, resists rusting, and prevents color fading. The integration of the Smartgen HGM6110N controller further enhances user experience, offering real-time monitoring, automatic fault detection, and remote control capabilities for seamless operation.
