The fuel and engine oil of a diesel generator set have completely different functions. They cannot be mixed. 1. The pump membrane of the oil transfer pump is rotten or degummed, so that the diesel oil flows into the oil pan and mixes with the engine oil. Remove the oil transfer pump, and add corresponding pressure to the oil inlet and outlet pipes on the oil pump test bench. If no diesel leakage is found, the oil transfer pump is intact.

2. The opening pressure of the fuel injector is low, and the atomization is not good, so that the diesel fuel flows into the oil pan along the cylinder wall to mix with the engine oil. Remove the fuel injector and test it on the high-pressure fuel pump test bench. If the opening pressure of the fuel injector meets the requirements and the atomization is good, the fuel injector is intact. Otherwise, it must be repaired or replaced.

3. The front end of the fuel injection pump is leaking, that is, the front end of the fuel injection pump is ineffective. Remove the inspection hole cover of the gear chamber cover. If a large amount of diesel is sprayed from behind the drive gear of the fuel injection pump, it can be concluded that the diesel is leaking into the fuel from the fuel injection pump. The bottom shell is mixed with engine oil.

Dismantling the fuel injection pump of the diesel generator set and testing on the high-pressure fuel pump test bench; many fuel injection pump front gear shaft journals are deformed, a large amount of diesel leaks, and the oil seal seat has the traces (indentation marks) when the gear is removed by the special tool. ) The oil seal seat and the oil seal are deformed, causing diesel oil leakage. Finally, replace the fuel injection pump, and the failure can be dealt with.
